Effective from 01st Jan 2025 to 31st Dec 2025 (Ticket issuance date), Shandong Airlines (SC) will be adjusting the agency commission rates for the sale of all published fares ticketed on SC (324) stock in Cambodia.
Commencing on 01st January 2025 to 31st Dec 2025 (Ticket issuance date), the commission rates will be applied as follows:

• 0% - IATA agency commission for all flights.
• The ADM policy will be enforced for incorrectly entered commission rates.

Effective from 03 April 2024 (Ticket issuance date), TAAG Angola Airlines (DT) will be adjusting the agency commission rates for the sale of all published fares ticketed on DT (118) stock in Thailand, the updated commission rates will be as follows:
➢ 6% - IATA agency commission for TAAG Angola Airlines (DT) operating flights

Recently, our call centre has experienced a large number of cases in which passengers could not be contacted on abnormal flights. It cause a high pressure on the airport Check-in desk.
